Lynda has played for many functions and corporate entertainments, in venues including Hampton Court and Kensington Palaces, the Tower of London, the Wallace Collection, the National Gallery, and for the Runescape gamers’ annual Runefest, which saw her playing gittern and gemshorn on the Thames foreshore at dawn! Medieval, renaissance and baroque programmes are available, and Lynda can perform as a soloist or can organise suitable professional colleagues if two or more musicians are required.

Various formats are available, but the following are particularly successful:

Meet and greet
Background music to welcome your guests, and to entertain them during a drinks reception. Discreet, high-quality amplification is available (access to a plug socket is required!). Equipment is PAT-tested and certified.

Background music for a meal
Ambient background music can be supplied throughout a meal, and works equally effectively with a sit-down meal or a buffet. Speeches can be accommodated if necessary. Discreet, high quality amplification is available.

Short concert during a formal meal.
This can be a very effective addition to a sit-down meal. Typically a concert of 20 - 30 minutes’ duration will be presented between the main course and dessert. Programme notes can be supplied if necessary. It is most effective to have either a concert OR background music during the meal, rather than to attempt to mix the two. Amplification is not normally required for a concert, but is available if a venue has particularly difficult acoustics.
